Dead Camel Jasper Pendant 1

Description

This beautiful stone comes from a raw piece of Dead Camel Jasper that was given to Jake by a lapidary friend.  The stone is mined near the border of Nevada and Oregon and gets its name from a nearby mountain.  The claim owner mines the stone by hand and sells small quantities on his website – Jake may buy some as he really likes this stone.  The colors are unique and the stone takes a great polish.  The setting is copper with a full copper back and a twisted square copper wire around the stone as an accent, topped by an antique copper bail.
