Howlite Pendant 1

Description

Howlite is a popular stone known for its pure white color.  Jake found the raw stone that produced this piece in a yard rock sale by a lapidary friend.  He liked the piece because of the black stripe that bisects the stone, giving it more character than just plain white.  He also left the stone a little crooked and a bit unfinished to give it a natural look.  The setting is square copper wire framing the back with prongs to hold the stone in place, topped by an antique copper bail.
