Fire Agate Pendant 2
$75.00
Flashes of Fire!
Description
This is a nice piece of fire agate found by Jake near the Arizona/New Mexico border. The stone has fire throughout, but at differing levels which accounts for the unevenness of the finished stone. Most fire agate must be worked with a hand tool in order to reach the different levels of color and it takes many hours, sometimes days to finish cutting and polishing a fire agate. It can be difficult to catch all the colors that exist in the stone with a photograph as the stone must be turned to various angles to see all the colors. This stone is set in a sterling silver claw setting with prongs to hold the stone in place.
